At a time when so many manufacturers are missing the boat, it’s good to see an American gun manufacturer doing some good things.     Some time back Ruger sold me a stock for my Alaskan. When I tried to purchase a second one, I was told I had to send the rifle to them. I went the Boyds route instead. As for the Alaskan, I love it. I am not a fan of the muzzle brake or the threaded barrel on the Guide Gun.
