Feb 24, 2020 · We are not going to discuss builds for specific endgame content such as Raid or Fractal builds. Those builds should be tailored to fit into a specific role that your character is filling as part of the team. These builds are going to do is rock the meta events, slay your way through the campaign and help your guild go on to complete missions.
  • Fractal builds are similar to Raid builds, but due to the stat bonuses gained from fractal potions some builds are able to make adjustments to their gear to optimize their damage. In general, fractals encourage power DPS builds (as bosses can be defeated before the sustained damage of condition DPS builds ramp up).
    • Fractals: High damage in favor of builds with a bit of burst. Pretty much every meta-dps-build is viable. Utilities like stealth, portals,reflects and heals are also considered. Raid: High sustained damage. Builds, that unlike the old vanilla staff Ele, don't lose all there dps after one burst. Only Utilities for in-fight-scenarios are considered.
    • This is a new ability added in a recent patch. It grants you 25% extra movement speed when a melee weapon is equipped. With this build, you are on melee weapons almost all the time. Unless of course, you are required to swap to range weapons under certain circumstances, particularly in Fractals of The Mists.
